i always do this to improve my speakingin english....go for chatting...but chat in other countries...like uk, us or other...and talk in english....write in english....speak everyday to anybody....now u can improve your english...in chatting we also can ask the guy is it the word that we use correct or not...

agree with you TS. I chat with my friend from Scotland almost every night in YM 
sometimes talk through PC-to-PC call as well, quite hard to understand his slang at the first time but now familiar with it
