.:instructions:.
1. Download all three audio drivers file
2. Install UAA 1.00B first.
3. Install Conexant HD Audio Driver ver 3.38.0.50 A, then install Conexant HD Audio Driver ver 3.30.0.00 A, after the installation it will prompt that the media is not found. Don't bother about it and click OK.
4. Go to Device Manager, you will see a question mark on the audio item, right click it and select "Update driver"
5. Select "Use install from a list or specific location (advanced)"
6. Select "Don't search I will choose the driver to install."
7. Click "Have Disk"�, and go to C:\swsetup\SP34386, click on wis30B5a.inf and it will install the Audio Driver successfully.

aku chat ngan HP tech centre US... dia bagi solution cam ni...
aku dah try kat V3751AU aku... alhamdulillah... takde dah bunyi speaker bila aku jack headphone...

cara nya lebih kurang cenggini....

After installing XP operating system and drivers audio plays from both speakers as well as headphones .

To install audio , first download and install Microsoft Universal Audio Architecture (UAA) Bus Driver for High Definition Audio (sp32646):

And then install Audio driver:

Download Sound.zip file from 'Save file to your PC: click here' at right bottom of the website.

Extract the downloaded zip file to a folder on hard drive.

Installing this driver may result in an error. But continue with the following steps to get the audio driver installed correctly.

1. Click on Start and select Run. Now type devmgmt.msc and press enter.

2. Right click on "Audio device on High Definition Audio Bus" and click Update driver.

3. Select "Install from a list or specific location"

4. Click Next. Then select "Don't search, I will choose the driver to install"

5. Click Next and then select "Sound, video and game controller" from the list.

6. Click Next and then click Have Disk.

7. Click Browse, Choose the location where you have saved the extracted folder.

8. Open the folder and choose the .inf file listed.

9. Ignore any errors you receive and proceed with the installation.

Installing the driver will resolve the issue.
