any idea of what the phrase governance practice means?

i kinda have my own opinion on the matter but i don't really have the confidence in my own thoughts[since i've always misinterpret things]

hm..
practice can mean 'latihan' or 'perbuatan' but it also means 'amalan'..
i'm not sure what governance means but..

• govern - menguasai, memerintah, memerintahkan
• government - kerajaan, pemerintah
• governable - dpt menguasai
• governing - memerintah
• governer - pemerintah wilayah:yg dpertua negeri ; gabenor

for eg..daily practice means 'amalan harian' such as combing our hair, eating and etc..
