Hi everybody..

Just asking some questions. My new Fujitsu Esprimo U9200 came with slot for SIM Card. I'm really sure it is SIM Card slot after try to fix it with mine, also mentioned in laptop's manual but not so details.

What is function for this kind of cool. It is meaning I can get connected to internet using it? Or maybe something else function, working with some software??? Please advise from experienced, thank you.

In order to use those sim card slot you'll need WWAN module, this is one of them Sierra Wireless MC8775 PCI Express Mini Card.The function is actually almost the same like HSDPA/3G Data Card which you can see out there.

So what is cool benefit i would get???
1. surfing internet?
2. making phone call?
3. GPRS tracking?
4. or maybe able to manage my SIM card, e.g. formatting or backpup the data??

My opinion you won't need to get WWAN module instead get HSDPA/3G Data Card. The function both are the same.

subscribe celcom broadband/maxis broadband...ask for data sim
