English Forum Special Rules
This special forums is dedicated for those who wish to improve their English through forum communications.
You can discuss anything (ICT or not) in here but you MUST write in English. Don't be afraid of errors, cause someone might help you with it.
Remember:
1. Everyone MUST use proper English. Rojak is unacceptable unless user really have no idea with the words in English.
2. Any denunciation, insulting, churlish and offensive words are not allowed
3. No unnecessary Malay words
4. No unnecessary sms or short forms words
5. No cut & paste promotional material!

any idea of what the phrase governance practice means?
pls do help~~ i kinda have my own opinion on the matter but i don't really have the confidence in my own thoughts[since i've always misinterpret things] i hope someone would help!!~~ pls!!~~ |

hm..
 practice can mean 'latihan' or 'perbuatan' but it also means 'amalan'.. i'm not sure what governance means but..
