brp lama dah pakai hdd tu?
masih dalam warranty?
masih boleh boot masuk windows?

pilihan 1...

-buat full scan : mycomputer > klik kanan icon hdd > properties > klik tools > klik "check now" > tick pada "scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors" > nnt bila klik start, akan keluar popup windows bgtau windows perlu restart utk buat scanning, klik OK > reboot windows > dan biarkan proses scanning dibuat dalam DOS. Kalau ada error dia tunjuk nanti n repair.
-kalau hdd banyak partition ulang step di atas utk semua partition, tp bg partition selalin C, tak perlu reboot, proses scanning dibuat dalam windows sahaja.

pilihan 3...
-mula2 kalau masih boleh boot, backup smua data2 penting ke dalam external hdd @ pendrive @ cd/dvd
-jika masih dalam warranty, hantar blk ke kedai utk claim warranty

Reallocated Sectors Count
QUOTE
Count of reallocated sectors. When the hard drive finds a read/write/verification error, it marks this sector as "reallocated" and transfers data to a special reserved area (spare area).
This process is also known as remapping and "reallocated" sectors are called remaps. This is why, on a modern hard disks, you can not see "bad blocks" while testing the surface - all bad blocks are hidden in reallocated sectors. However, the more sectors that are reallocated, the more a sudden decrease (up to 10% and more) can be noticed in the disk read/write speed.

dari penerangan tu, kita boleh kata reallocated sectors count ni maksud dia bilangan sektor kat hd yg di 'peruntukkan' semula. kebanyakan hd baru2 skrg ada feature ni. bila hd detek ada error untuk baca/tulis data kat satu2 sektor hd, contoh dalam kes hd bad sector, dia akan tanda area tu 'reallocated' dan dia pindah data kat area tu ke 'kawasan simpanan' hard disk dan remap balik sektor tadi. bila hd baca balik sektor dia tanda 'reallocated' tadi, dia akan lompat ke sektor dalam kawasan simpanan utk akses data tu. maybe sebab ni bila kita scan hard disk for bad sector, kekadang os report tak ada bad sektor.
